Benchmarking sobre la Gestió Positiva de Conflictes a un Centre Escolar

Abstract

[cat] El present treball és un Benchmarking sobre la gestió positiva de conflictes en un centre escolar en concret de Palma. L’objectiu principal ha estat la redacció d’un diagnòstic sobre la convivència escolar de dit centre i la formulació de propostes de millora. Per a l’elaboració del benchmark ha estat necessari una recerca bibliogràfica sobre gestió positiva de conflictes als centres escolars, així com una revisió de la legislació vigent escolar, juntament amb les entrevistes dels informadors claus i la documentació sobre convivència del centre. He analitzat quin és el procés metodològic que es duu a terme quan sorgeix un problema de disciplina i quines serien les actuacions que s’haurien de canviar per dirigir-nos cap a una cultura de pau. S’exigeix per decret-llei, que als centres escolars s’eduqui en valors de gestió positiva de conflictes i no amb resolucions punitives, de tal manera es veuran satisfetes les necessitats emocionals dels nins i normalitzaran el diàleg dins un conflicte així com també fórmules alternatives al càstig.

[eng] The present study consists of a Benchmarking about the positive way of managing conflicts in a particular school of Palma. The main aim of this has been describing the diagnostic obtained about the coexistence among the members of this school and the exposition of some proposals to improve the current situation. In order to elaborate this benchmark, it has been necessary to carry out a research on bibliography about the positive management of conflicts in educational institutions, as well as a revision on the current educational legislation, together with the interviews to key informants and the school documents on coexistence. I have analysed which is the methodological process applied in the cases of discipline conflicts and which of them should be changed to acquire a culture of peace. It is required by law that schools teach values of positive management of conflicts and not to solve them through punitive measures. In this way the children’s emotional needs will be satisfied and they will adopt conversation within a conflict, as well as alternative solutions different to punishment.
