Intel·ligència emocional, habilitat essencial per la vida

Abstract

[cat] Les emocions ens acompanyen a l’hora d’aprendre i en general, a la vida. La intel·ligència emocional ens ofereix tenir les habilitats bàsiques com ser conscients de les emocions, saber gestionar-les, tenir empatia i establir relacions socials. És a dir, viure feliçment amb un mateix i amb els que ens envolten. En relació amb això, sorgeix d’aquest treball la creació d’un recurs electrònic on les famílies i mestres d’un centre concret tinguin eines per fomentar la intel·ligència emocional dins l’etapa d’Educació Primària juntament, s’exposen algunes intervencions d’activitats dutes a terme dins una aula.

[eng] Emotions accompany us when learning and in general life. Emotional intelligence provides us with basic skills like an awareness of emotions, knowing how to manage them, having empathy and building social relationships. We all must develop these basic skills to live happily with ourselves and with the people around us. With this in mind, this work aims to study the importance of emotional intelligence as it relates to the creation of an electronic resource for families and teachers which will provide tools to promote emotional intelligence in Primary Education. Finally, this work explains some activities, designed to promote emotional intelligence, which were carried out at a particular school.
