Transició de sisè de primària a primer d’ESO

Abstract

[cat] L'objectiu d'aquest projecte és analitzar les dificultats que presenten els alumnes de sisè de primària a causa de la transició que han de realitzar a 1º de l'ESO, i com aquestes dificultats poden afectar-los. Gràcies als qüestionaris que he realitzat tant a professors com a alumnes, he tingut l'oportunitat de desenvolupar diferents eines, les quals van a ajudar-nos a corregir i prevenir comportaments i dificultats dels estudiants.

[eng] The work speaks about the difficulties that the transition carries between sixth of primarily and first of IT and as these they can affect the pupils of negative form in many cases. In this work one seeks to extract a few conclusions that the problematic ones help to identify and from these carrying out the programs of traffic and reception to help the pupils in this process, already be with difficulties that already have or to prepare them.
