[eng] Committing errors is an inherent part in the process of learning, especially if what
is being learnt is a language. However, most of the times teachers do not make
the most of the errors to teach students after an exam. These students sometimes
do not even know which would be the correct version of their failed answer.
Taking this into account, a questionnaire was passed to some students to check
their opinion on the topic. Analysing the results, it seemed that our initial
perception coincided with the students’ viewpoint, who admitted that they do not
feel they are learning after an exam has been corrected. Considering this and the
preferences of students for games and group activities, some proposals have
been created in which errors are used to enhance students’ knowledge and
motivation, which is also an essential element in the learning of a language.
