L'educació no formal dins l'àmbit d'una ONG

[cat] Els beneficis que pot arribar a tenir l’educació no formal en el procés de desenvolupament de l’infant, són incomptables. Fora del sistema educatiu institucionalitzat, aquest juga un paper crucial, i pretén proporcionar als nins i nines un desenvolupament integral, des de diversos programes i activitats, per tal de cobrir les seves necessitats i acompanyar-los pas a pas en el procés d’aprenentatge. Per això, es necessari el compromís, la implicació i participació de tota la comunitat que forma part en el procés educatiu. Per aquest motiu, aquest treball compta amb un marc teòric, on hi podrem trobar els diferents models educatius, els trets que caracteritzen l’educació no formal i la importància de la participació dels diferents agents en el procés educatiu. D’altra banda, i a partir de la meva experiència personal a una ONG a Perú “CANAT”, explicaré a partir d’un tot seguit d’observacions el context al voltant d’aquesta organització, el seu desenvolupament, i la seva aplicació pràctica presentant algunes activitats dutes a terme en aquest centre, sense oblidar la importància de la funció de les emocions en el desenvolupament personal i social, lligades amb el currículum d’educació infantil.

[eng] There are countless benefits that may have non-formal education in child’s development process. Outside the institutionalized educational system, it plays a vital role and intends to provide comprehensive care to all the children, through a wide variety of programs and activities designed to cover their learning needs and accompany them step by step in the process of learning. Therefore, this requires the commitment, involvement and active participation of the entire education community. For this reason, part of this paper provides a theoretical framework, where we can read about the diverse educational models, the typical features of non-formal education, and as well, the importance of the participation of the different agents in the educational process. On the other hand, through my personal experience working as a volunteer for the NGO “CANAT” in Peru, are based on a series of observations, I will explain the context that surrounds this Organization, its development and the different didactic proposals carried out at this centre, including the importance of emotional function for personal and social growth, linked between non-formal education and pre-school education curriculum.
