[spa] Hoy en día en las clases de Educación Física
mayoritariamente se imparten clases tradicionales y
actualmente existen contenidos que se pueden abordar
con metodologías más novedosas y que motiven a los
alumnos como es por ejemplo el CrossFit. Esta
práctica deportiva posibilita desarrollar todas las
capacidades físicas básicas que aparecen en el
currículum. Es por esto que se ha realizado una
búsqueda sobre la práctica del CrossFit y
posteriormente se ha realizado una unidad didáctica
dirigida a alumnos de sexto de primaria del Colegio
CEIP Labritja de la isla de Ibiza. Los propósitos que se
quieren conseguir con este trabajo son la introducción
de metodologías novedosas en las clases de educación
física aumentando así la motivación de los alumnos. |

[eng] Nowadays, Physical Education classes are still taught
with traditional methods, but there are aspects that can be
tackled with more novel methods that motivate students,
in this case CrossFit. This sports practice makes it
possible to develop all of the basic physical abilities that
appear in the student curriculum. This is why research
has been made on the application of CrossFit in the
classroom and also why lessons have been carried out,
aimed at sixth grade students at CEIP Labritja (primary
school) in Ibiza. The goals of this work are the
introduction of novel methodologies in physical
education classes, thus increasing the motivation of the
students. |
