Resolució de conflictes dins l'aula

Abstract

[cat] En el Treball de Fi de Grau s'exposa que la violència i els mals comportaments dins el centre educatiu han augmentat de manera considerable en aquests darrers anys. Per tant, s'explica la necessitat que tenen els mestres d'informar-se i, alhora, formar-se per saber fer front a una gran quantitat de problemes que sorgeixen dins l'aula i/o centre. Així doncs, s'exposa que és necessari conèixer i saber utilitzar diferents estratègies d'intervenció i tècniques de resolució de conflictes (com són la mediació, la cooperació, les pràctiques restauratives, etc.) per poder solucionar les disputes que puguin sorgir dins l'àmbit escolar de tal manera que hi hagi un ambient favorable i una bona comunicació i cooperació entre els alumnes. Seguidament, per poder dur a terme aquest projecte es fa ús de diverses fonts per aconseguir informació del tema (com per exemple: llibres, revistes, articles, etc), així com també, es realitzen una sèrie d'entrevistes a mestres de primària per analitzar si es duen a terme les pràctiques restauratives quan sorgeixen conflictes en un centre. Per finalitzar, s'arriba a la conclusió de que les pràctiques restauratives són necessàries per a solucionar qualsevol confrontació, ja que gràcies a aquestes, es pot saber el motiu pel qual sorgeix el problema i arribar a una solució que garanteixi la satisfacció de les parts implicades.

[eng] In the Final Project Degree (FPD) exposes that the violence and the bad behaviours in the educational centre have increased of considerable way in recent years. Therefore, explains the need to have the teachers to inform themselves to know face a big quantity of problems that arise in the classroom and/or centre. Therefore, it is exposed the need to have the knowledge to use the different intervention strategies and conflict resolution techniques (such as mediation, cooperation, restorative practices, etc.) to the many conflicts which could appear in the school environment in order to have a favourable environment, good communication and cooperation between the students. Then, to carry out this project, many sources are used to obtain the information about the subject (e.g. books, magazines, articles, etc.) as well as a series of interview with primary school teachers to analyse if they apply restorative practices when a conflict arises in the school. Finally, the main conclusion is that restorative practices are necessary to solve any confrontation because it allows to know the cause of the problem and which is the best solution to guarantee the satisfaction for the involved parties.
