Estudio de Viabilidad de un proyecto hotelero I

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo, se ha realizado un análisis de viabilidad de un hotel en el centro de la ciudad de Palma de Mallorca. En la primera parte del trabajo se ha hecho un análisis de mercado, internacional, estatal y nacional con el fin de comprender mejor las características y necesidades de los turistas. En segundo lugar se ha definido el tipo de hotel con sus características se han realizado el análisis financiero en profundidad a través de los indicadores principales.

[eng] This work, it has been carried out a feasibility analysis of a hotel in the center of the city of Palma de Mallorca. In the first part of the work, a market, international, state and national analysis was carried out in order to better understand the characteristics and needs of tourists. Secondly, the type of hotel has been defined, with its characteristics, the financial analysis has been carried out in depth through the main indicators.
