¿Cómo aprecian las casas vacacionales los huéspedes? Un estudio de AirBnB en Santanyí

Abstract

[spa] Este trabajo trata de elaborar un análisis de los comentarios y opiniones que tienen los turistas que alquilan alojamientos particulares en sus estancias vacacionales, en este caso, estos alquileres se realizan a través de la página web AirBnB. Este análisis es del municipio de las Islas Baleares, Santanyí. El turismo atraído a esta zona de la isla es un turismo que busca más tranquilidad y alejarse del hoy en día tan famoso turismo de masas, por ese mismo motivo buscan el alquiler residencial en lugar de los alojamientos en hoteles. A raíz de estos comentarios he podido desfragmentar y obtener una base de datos con las sensaciones y experiencias que han tenido estos huéspedes, por sus valoraciones en estos. Por lo que he podido analizar sus valoraciones sobre el apartamento, la localización, las comodidades que ofrece el alojamiento y su evolución a lo largo de los años. Finalmente he extraído conclusiones gracias a los resultados obtenidos gracias a este estudio.

[eng] This work tries to prepare an analysis of the comments and opinions that there have the tourists who rent accommodations in its holiday stays, in this case, these rents are realized across the web page AirBnB. This analysis belongs to the municipality of the Balearic Islands, Santanyí. The tourism attracted to this area of the island, it is a tourism that looks more for calmness and so famous masses tourism moves away of nowadays, for the same motive they look for the residential rent instead of the accommodations in hotels. Immediately after these comments I could have defragmented and to obtain a database with the sensations and experiences that these guests have had, for its evaluations in these. Therefore, I could have analyzed its evaluations on the apartment, the location, the serviceability that the accommodation and its evolution offer throughout the years. Finally, I have extracted some conclusions thanks to the results obtained thanks to this study.
