Plan de comercialización y viabilidad de una idea de negocio de intermediario en el Turismo Sanitario de las Islas Baleares

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo me he centrado en estudiar la viabilidad de una idea de negocio enfocada a la intermediación entre empresas del sector del turismo sanitario en las Islas Baleares, más específicamente, en Mallorca. Para evaluar la viabilidad se va a analizar el funcionamiento del turismo sanitario en España, así como en Baleares. La empresa que quiero constituir se llamará Mallorca Health Services (MHS) y ofrecerá a través de una página web tratamientos médicos en varios centros de Mallorca, además contará con la opción de reservar un hotel y organizar un servicio de gestión integral. Con el objetivo de evaluar la viabilidad del proyecto se han realizado varias entrevistas a profesionales de los centros médicos que podrían ser nuestros futuros colaboradores, el resultado de las entrevistas me ha proporcionado la confianza suficiente para llevar a cabo el estudio del proyecto.

[eng] In this paper I have focused on studying the viability of a business idea focused on intermediation between companies in the health tourism sector in the Balearic Islands, more specifically, in Mallorca. To evaluate the viability, it will be analyzed the health tourism market in Spain, as well as the Balearic Islands. The company that I want to build will be called Mallorca Health Services (MHS) and will offer medical treatments in several clinics in Mallorca through their own website. It will also have the option of booking a hotel and organizing a holistic management service. In order to evaluate the viability of the project, several interviews were carried out with professionals from the medical centers that could be our future collaborators, the result of the interviews has given me enough confidence to accomplish out the study of the project.
