Menors Estrangers No Acompanyats. L’anàlisi del centre de primera acollida Norai

Abstract

[cat] El següent treball és un anàlisi documental sobre una sèrie d’articles i informes que tracten el tema de Menors Estrangers No Acompanyats (MENA). A partir d’aquesta recerca, s'explica el significat i l'evolució del concepte MENA i s'exposa el marc legislatiu que el regeix. També aborda les implicacions de viure un procés migratori durant l'adolescència, els perfils migratoris que arriben actualment i s’analitza les conseqüències de la invisibilitat que sofreix aquest col·lectiu. A més, en el treball també s’analitza el centre de primera acollida Norai, reflexionant amb educadors i educadores sobre la intervenció socioeducativa que es duu a terme i coneixent el funcionament del centre. Finalment, es presenten una sèrie de recomanacions que sorgeixen a partir d’aquestes reflexions.

[eng] This work is a bibliographic research of articles and papers focused on the subject of the Unaccompanied Migrant Minors (UMM). This research explains the meaning of the concept, its evolution over the years and takes a look at the legislative framework that governs the matter. It also presents the implications of living a migratory process during adolescence, the migratory profiles that currently arrive and analyzes the consequences of the invisibility of the group. In addition, the work studies the case of Norai, a preliminary reception center. In various interviews, educators of the center reflect on the socio-educational intervention carried out there and explain how the center operates. Finally, a series of recommendations based on these reflections are presented.
