Anàlisi dels programes existents en la prevenció de la delinqüència juvenil femenina

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball es centra en una revisió dels programes existents en termes de prevenció de la delinqüència juvenil, posant especial èmfasi en el sexe femení. Aquesta ha estat la primera dificultat que s’ha trobat en la recerca d’informació, ja que es tracta d’un tema d’investigació molt recent, i a més el sector femení històricament s’ha trobat relegat en un segon pla, fet que tampoc ha ajudat en una recerca tan específica. Tot i això, s’han trobat els factors de risc i els factors de protecció implicats en els actes delictius, a més s’han trobat diversos programes preventius, i tot i que la majoria d’ells fan referència a ambdós sexes, també se n’han trobat d’específics per a les dones. Durant el desenvolupament del treball a més d’analitzar els programes, també es proposen pautes de bones pràctiques a partir de la revisió realitzada dels programes de prevenció.

[eng] This work focuses on the revision of existent programs about juvenile delinquency, putting special emphasis on female sex. This one has been the first difficulty found on the research of information, as it is a really recent topic of research; furthermore, female sex has historically been at the background, something that doesn't help in such an specific research. Despite this, risk factors and protective factors involved in criminal acts have been found, as well as preventive programs and, although most of them talk about both sexes, specific ones talking about women have been found too. During the development of the work besides of analyzing the programs, good practice guidelines are also proposed based on the review carried out about the prevention programs.
