Revisió sistemàtica sobre programes d’intervenció socioeducativa en la prevenció del consum de drogues en adolescents

[cat] Antecedents: El consum d’alcohol, tabac, cànnabis i altres drogues es fa de cada vegada més freqüent entre els adolescents. Per aquest motiu, és important investigar quins són els programes que mostren eficàcia en la prevenció d’aquesta problemàtica. S’ha enfocat aquest estudi en aquest grup d’edat, ja que si s’aconsegueix reduir el consum de drogues des d’edats primerenques, s’evitaran problemes de salut importants en un futur i que a més es converteixin en addictes. Objectiu: El principal objectiu d’aquest treball és conèixer el nivell d’eficàcia que poden tenir els programes d’intervenció socioeducativa en la prevenció del consum de drogues en adolescents. Metodologia: Per això, s’ha dut a terme una revisió sistemàtica a les bases de dades Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science i Ebsco, incloent també aquells articles o estudis que incloguessin informació rellevant al consum de drogues en la població adolescent. S’han identificat un total de 12 estudis realitzats entre 2010 i 2018 que compleixen amb els criteris establerts de recerca. Resultats: Els programes basats en l’evidència i que utilitzen un model d’influència social han resultat ser els més efectius. A més, els programes preventius basats en l’escola implementats per professionals i professorat conjuntament presenten una gran eficàcia. Conclusions: A través dels resultats s’ha pogut afirmar la hipòtesi platejada inicialment. No obstant, s’hauria d’ampliar la investigació mitjançant la realització de més estudis preventius basats en l’escola. Podem seguir en aquesta línia per elaborar futures investigacions de programes de prevenció i/o reducció del consum de substàncies.

[eng] Background: Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, cannabis and other drugs is becoming increasingly frequent among adolescents. For this reason, it is important to investigate the programs that show efficacy in the prevention of this problem. This study has been focused on this age group, because if it is achieved to reduce the consumption of drugs from early ages, important health problems in the future will be avoided and they won't become addicts. Objective: The main objective of this study is to know the level of effectiveness that socio-educational intervention programs can play in the prevention of drug use in adolescents. Methodology: For this reason, a systematic review has been carried out on the Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science and Ebsco databases, including those articles or studies that included relevant information about drug use in the adolescent population. A total of 12 studies have been identified between 2010 and 2018 that meet the established research criteria. Results: Evidence-based programs that use a model of social influence have proved to be the most effective. In addition, the school-based preventative programs implemented by professionals and teachers together are very effective. Conclusions: Through the results, the hypothesis was initially confirmed. However, the investigation should be increased by conducting more school-based preventative studies. We can continue in this way to develop future investigations of programs for the prevention and / or reduction of substance use.
