[eng]The community, or more space society itself, in all its dimensions, it is an enclosed space without connections and interconnections, but rather can be seen as a network of relationships. In this sense, from the social sciences has been growing interest in the study of social networks, it has a better understanding as build and maintain social relationships between people. Along with the concept of social networks also appears social capital, a resource created by the individuals themselves representing the time to occupy social spaces, access to resources, meet needs, solve social problems, etc.. The existence of strong social networks promotes democratic links, the link between the various actors and institutions of the territory, the coordination of collective actions and, consequently, social capital building.
