In this project, we seek to know how people in Spain are trained in the labor
market and what should be done to improve their situation. Because of this, the
level of education of the employed persons in this country is analyzed, comparing
it with the European Union and by observing the differences according to the age
or sex of the employed, and if they are in a situation of underemployment. In
Spain, employed persons are polarized between those who reach a very high
level of education and those who obtain very little training throughout their lives.
If the country continues to evolve with the current trend, this polarization should
be reduced with the passage of time and at the same time should increase the
level of training of workers. In general, women tend to achieve a higher level of
education than men. Looking to the future, more measures should be taken, how
to further promote the training of workers and make the educational model of the
country more attractive, to encourage the training of workers and avoid the
abandonment of studies by young people. |
