Estigma, violencia simbólica y prostituciones

[esp] La estigmatización que sufren las trabajadoras del sexo queda socialmente invisibilizada a día de hoy. Es esa invisibilización, la que permite que se perpetúen conductas de género en torno a la mujer prostituta. No sólo mediante micro machismos latentes, sino también ejerciéndose otros tipos de ataques a esas mujeres. Ataques no sólo físicos, sino más bien psicológicos, ataques sutiles. Ataques que no dejan de ser violencia, aunque ejercida desde la desinformación que muchas las trabajadoras del sexo presentan. Hablo en este caso de violencia simbólica. Es por eso, que veo la necesidad de analizar ese estigma, conocer que es realmente la violencia simbólica que expone Bourdieu, y de qué manera es ejercida sobre las mujeres que ejercen la prostitución. El análisis de dichos aspectos, se relacionará también con otros fenómenos como puede ser la teoría de la subalternidad, o las diferentes corrientes feministas que existen en torno la prostitución. Corrientes que podrían incluso colaborar con la perpetuación de esa estigmatización de la cual se habla.

[eng] The stigmatization of sex workers is socially invisible today. It is this invisibility, which allows perpetuating gender behaviors around the prostitute woman. Not only through micro latent maleness, also exerting other types of attacks on these women. There aren’t only physical attacks, psychological and subtle attacks. These attacks are also violence, but exerted from the misinformation that many sex workers present. I speak about symbolic violence. That's why, I can see the need to analyze this stigma, know that it is really symbolic violence that exposes Bourdieu, and how it is exercised on a prostitute. The analysis of these aspects also relate to other phenomena such as the theory of subordination, or the various feminist currents that exist around prostitution. Currents that could even help perpetuate the stigmatization of which we speak.
