[cat] Introducció. Les relacions interprofessionals entre medicina i infermera actuals són un gran repte per a la col·laboració. El seu posicionament social i històric no permet que estableixin relacions professionals de qualitat, necessàries per a la adequada atenció sanitària.
Objectius. L’objectiu general del treball és analitzar l’evidència científica sobre quines relacions interprofessionals entre infermeres i metges predominen actualment i quines són les seves repercussions.
Metodologia. S’ha realitzat una recerca bibliogràfica a les següents bases de dades: Pubmed, Cuiden, BVS, EBSCOhost i Cochrane (2014-2019) i s’han seleccionat els articles segons els criteris d’inclusió i exclusió establerts.
Resultats. De la recerca, s’han elegit 21 articles que han estat analitzats individualment en una taula resum en forma d’annex concretant: títol, autor, any, país de publicació, revista, tipus d’estudi, objectiu, conclusions i font d’obtenció.
Discussió. En aquest anàlisis de la bibliografia s’exposen les idees clau que recull l’evidència científica en relació a les característiques més dominants de les relacions interprofessionals entre metges i infermeres, les seves repercussions per als pacients i les estratègies de millora de la qüestió.
Conclusions. És de gran rellevància que l’anàlisi de les relacions interprofessionals actuals entre metges i infermeres sigui usat per enfocar les estratègies orientades a la millora de la col·laboració entre aquests professionals, a fi de beneficiar-se de tots els resultats que suposa per al pacient i el sistema de salut en general.
[eng] Introduction. Interprofessional relations between current medicine and nurse are a great challenge for collaboration. It’s social and historical position does not allow them to establish quality professional relationships, necessary for adequate healthcare.
Purpose. The general objective of the work is to analyze the scientific evidence on which interprofessional relations between nurses and doctors predominate at the moment and what are their repercussions.
Method. A bibliographic search has been made to the following databases: Pubmed, Cuiden, BVS, EBSCOhost and Cochrane (2014-2019) and the articles have been selected according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Findings. From the review, 21 articles have been selected that have been analyzed individually in a summary table in the form of a specific annex: title, author, year, country of publication, journal, type of study, objective, obtaining.
Discussion. Talk in this analysis of the bibliography, the key ideas that collect scientific evidence are presented in relation to the most dominant characteristics of the interprofessional relationships between doctors and nurses, their impact on patients and the strategies to improve the issue.
Conclusions. It is very important that the analysis of the current interprofessional relations between doctors and nurses be used to focus strategies aimed at improving collaboration between these professionals in order to benefit from all the results that it entails for patient and health system in general.
