Eficàcia de les intervencions sobre subjectes amb Trastorn d’Ansietat per Separació (TAS). Una revisió

[cat] Els trastorns d’ansietat a la infància són de cada vegada més presents a la nostra societat i es preveu un alt risc de presentar angoixa o depressió a l’edat adulta. Els professionals de la formació poden no detectar el trastorn i en conseqüència no poden oferir una intervenció efectiva. La present investigació té com a objectiu revisar l’eficàcia de les intervencions per al tractament dels subjectes amb trastorn d’ansietat per separació. Entre els principals resultats destaca l’enfocament cognitiu-conductual, el qual si es combina amb intervenció familiar ha demostrat ser de major vigor.

[eng] Childhood anxiety disorders are increasing and it’s often a high risk of having anguish or depression in the adulthood. The training professionals are not able to detect the disorder thus, they can’t offer an active intervention. The current investigation has as goal to review the efficiency of the interventions for the treatment of the subjects with separation anxiety disorder. Among the main results its highlighted the cognitive-behavioral approach, which if its combined with family intervention has been proven to be of a greater vigor.
