El camí que segueix tota documentació pedagògica; un trajecte circular entre l’observació, l’escolta i la interpretació

[cat] L’observació i la documentació constitueixen dues parts inseparables d’un mateix procés. Per una banda la documentació ens serveix com a eina per a la reflexió i millora de la tasca educativa, alhora que desenvolupa una funció narrativa i visible de la cultura d’infància. Per altra banda, l’observació consisteix a focalitzar la mirada des d’aquest interès, sense oblidar-se de l’escolta i la interpretació, com si es tractés d’un procés circular. En aquest treball es presenta una primera part més teòrica, on es parla dels conceptes anteriorment esmentats, centrant el marc conceptual en el procés de documentació i tots els agents implicats. Agafant com a exemple la trajectòria del CEIP El Martinet, en referència a aquesta eina pedagògica. Pel que fa a la segona part, és on es desenvolupa el treball de camp, centrat en l'anàlisi de quatre processos de documentació, que tenen lloc al mateix centre. Tot això seguint l'esquema que proposa Gino Ferri (2015) sobre l'organització dels suports i les estratègies que possibiliten la documentació pedagògica

[eng] Observation and documentation compose two inseparable parts of a same process. On the one hand, documentation gives us a tool for the reflection and the improvement of the educational task, while developing a narrative and visible function of the childhood's culture. On the other hand, observation helps us focalizing the point of view from that interest, always remembering the hearing and the interpretation, like if it was a circular process. In this work it is showed a first theorical part, in which the previous concepts are discussed and developed, focusing the conceptual framework in the documentation process and all the agents involved. Taking as an example the trajectory of the CEIP El Martinet, making reference to that pedagogical tool. There is a second part where the work is developed, focused on the analysis of four documental processes that take place in the same center. We have followed the model proposed by Gino Ferri (2015) about the organisation of supports and strategies that make pedagogical documentation possible.
