La planificació del període d’adaptació al segon cicle d’Educació Infantil, tenint en compte la participació i la col·laboració de les famílies

[cat] El període d’adaptació és, en general, una etapa difícil per la qual han de passar en algun moment els infants i les seves famílies. Els conflictes interns dels infants, les pors, les inseguretats davant allò que desconeixen fa que sigui complicat establir llaços afectius amb les persones que els acompanyaran al llarg d’aquesta etapa. També les famílies s’angoixen davant la idea que els seus infants sofreixen quan es du a terme el procés. Per això, al llarg d’aquest període, els mestres també hi juguen un paper fonamental. Aquests hauran de fer costat a les famílies, demostrant que són dignes de confiar-los el seu tresor més preuat, els seus fills. Però perquè aquesta confiança es faci possible, cal que es plantegi un període d’adaptació que contempli la participació de les famílies durant tot el temps que els infants ho necessitin i per això es fa necessari realitzar una bona planificació, on hi hagi cabuda per a tots La tasca dels mestres, entre d’altres, és conèixer les estratègies i els recursos que tenim a l’abast per planificar d’una manera acurada el període d’adaptació i així ajudar a les famílies i als infants a afrontar aquesta etapa de la manera positiva. Les unitats didàctiques són un recurs que ens permetrà organitzar aquest període.

[eng] The period of adaptation is, in general, a difficult stage for which infants and their families have to pass at some point. The internal conflicts of the infants, the pors, the insecure ones due to the fact that they don't know each other make it difficult to establish the affectius llaços with the people that he will accompany throughout this stage. The task of the month, among others, is to know the strategies and resources we have at our disposal to plan the period of adaptation in a proper way and to help families and children to face this stage in a positive way. The teaching units are a resource that will allow us to organize this period.
