Análisis cuantitativo sobre los efectos de la nueva Ordenanza municipal de ocupación de la vía pública de Palma en el sector de la restauración

Abstract

[spa] El motivo de este trabajo es analizar los efectos de la Ordenanza de ocupación de la vía pública de 2018 sobre la restauración, establecida por las autoridades con el objetivo de regular la ocupación del espacio común que ejercen los bares y restaurantes de Palma. Para contextualizar, en el trabajo se hará una comparación de ambas ordenanzas, con una breve descripción y consecuente diferenciación entre ellas, centrándose los apartados que afectan a los bares y restaurantes, que son el objeto del estudio. A continuación, se describirán los efectos mediante una línea cronológica de sucesión de hechos a partir de la activación de la Ordenanza. Se propondrá después un estudio cuantitativo de los efectos, mediante una encuesta dirigida a los restauradores, con el objetivo de tener un informe en base numérica que serviría para analizar en profundidady claridad el impacto económico en la restauración.

[eng] The objective of the current study is to analyze the effects of the public street occupation Ordinance from 2018 on the catering business, established by the authorities with the aim of regulating the occupation of public space by the restaurants and bars in Palma. To contextualize, the project will have a comparison of both Ordinances with a brief description and consequent differentiation between them, focusing on the parts that affect bars and restaurants, which are the objective of the study. Then, there will be found adescription of the effects of the Ordinance through a chronological line of succession of events from the moment of the approval of the Ordinance. It will be proposed, after that, a specific quantitative study of the effects through asurvey sent to bars and restaurants, with the objective of having a numbers based report that will be useful to analyze in depht and clarity the economic impact of the Ordinance in the restaurants and bars businesses.
