Anàlisi del sistema universitari espanyol en relació a la classe social dels estudiants i les seves oportunitats

[cat] El treball d’investigació realitzat s’ha dut a terme per a demostrar les carències del sistema universitari actual. En les últimes dècades s’ha afirmat que el sistema universitari s’ha reconvertit, passant de ser un sistema elitista a un sistema autodenominat de masses on hi ha cabuda per a tots els individus que es vulguin formar. Però la realitat social que ens trobem és una totalment diferent. Per tant, l’objectiu d’aquest treball és demostrar que el sistema que tenim actualment regit i controlat per les elits econòmiques disten molt de la inclusivitat i l’accés obert per a tothom. L'objectiu clau d'aquest treball és analitzar el sistema públic universitari espanyol amb relació a les oportunitats que aquest sistema educatiu ofereix als individus amb carències socioeconòmiques. La hipòtesi de la qual partim és la següent: La universitat pública espanyola actua com a un sistema d'elits que reprodueix les desigualtats socials dels individus de classe baixa impedint l'ascens socioeconòmic. Per a poder demostrar la nostra hipòtesi s'ha dut a terme una revisió bibliogràfica on s'han analitzat diversos articles per a donar suport a la nostra hipòtesi inicial. Tal com hem pogut observar, a partir de la recerca realitzada, es pot afirmar en un primer lloc que la universitat pública espanyola reprodueix la desigualtat present en la nostre societat, ja sigui per les desorbitades taxes acadèmiques per a accedir a la formació bàsica del grau o postgrau. Per altra banda s’ha pogut demostrar el descens d’ajudes econòmiques per part de l’Estat, la mercantilització de l'educació pública universitària, com la influència neoliberal i el New Public Management i la crisi han marcat un abans i un després en l’educació pública superior. Per altra banda, també hem pogut demostrar la diferència existent en l’àmbit l’Espai Europeu d’Educació Superior, l’impacte de la implementació del Pla Bolonya i per tant, la necessitat de reconstruir el sistema públic per a garantir la inclusió dels individus.

[eng] The research work carried out has been conveying out to demonstrate the deficiencies of the current university system . In recent decades it has been affirmed that the university system has been converted , moving from being an elitist system to a system of self - denominated masses where there is room for all the individuals who want to form . But the social reality that we encounter is totally different . Therefore , the aim of this work is to demonstrate that the system we have currently governed and controlled by economic elites is far from the inclusiveness and open access for all . The key objective of this work is to analyze the Spanish university public system in relation to the opportunities that this education system offers to individuals with socio- economic deficiencies . The hypothesis of which we start is as follows : The Spanish public university acts as a system of elites that reproduces the social inequalities of individuals of low class preventing the socioeconomic rise . In order to demonstrate our hypothesis , a bibliographic review has been carried out in which several articles have been analyzed to support our initial hypothesis . As we have been able to observe , from the research carried out , we can affirm in the first place that the Spanish public university reproduces the inequality that is present in our society , either by the deorbited academic taxes to access the basic training of the degree or postgraduate course . On the other hand it has been possible to demonstrate the decline in economic aid by the State , the commercialization of university public education , such as the neoliberal influence and New Public Management and the crisis have marked a before and after in the higher public education . On the other hand, we have also been able to demonstrate the gap between the European higher Education Area, the impact of the implementation of the Bologna plan and, therefore, the need to rebuild the public system to ensure the inclusion of individuals.
