Discriminació laboral per gènere a l’Estat Espanyol

Abstract

[cat] En aquest treball, es tractarà el tema de la discriminació laboral per gènere existent entre l’home i la dona en el món actual basant-se des de l’any 2008, any d’inici de la crisi, fins a l’actualitat. Analitzarem mitjançant dades numèriques les diferències d’oportunitats laborals entre ambdós gèneres a l’Estat Espanyol, utilitzant diferents variables com la de sexe (home o dona), nacionalitat (espanyols, estrangers UE/no UE), salari, tipus de càrrec que tenen a les empreses, la incidència en el treball pel fet de tenir fills i la del sector econòmic, on podrem veure també quin és el sector que presenta més desigualtats d’aquest tipus

[eng] In this work, it will be treated the issue of gender discrimination at work between men and women in the current world, based on the year 2008, the year of the beginning of the crisis, until today. Will be analyze, by numerical data, the differences in employment opportunities between both genders in Spain, using different variables such as sex (male or female), nationality (Spanish, EU/non-EU foreigners), salary, type of position in the company, the impact on work due to having children, and the economic sector, where we will also be able to see which sector presents the most inequalities of this type.
