Abstract

[spa] Los factores determinantes del éxito o fracaso de cualquier proyecto empresarial son muchos y en la mayoría de los casos incontrolables. Pero sabemos que aquellos que realizan una correcta evaluación del proyecto empresarial aumentan la probabilidad de tomar la decisión correcta. Este trabajo final de grado consiste en un análisis de la creación de una sociedad que proporciona servicios de diseño y mantenimiento de jardines, con maquinaria de alto componente tecnológico, a propietarios de casas de lujo con grandes superficies de jardín. Con la evolución del proyecto también se analizará la posibilidad de venta de diferentes tipos de plantas y elementos decorativos y transporte o extracción de árboles, principalmente aquellos que están infectados por la bacteria “Xylella fastidiosa”. Se han usado diferentes tipos de instrumentos y herramientas vistos durante la carrera como el análisis DAFO, el marketing mix o el cálculo del Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de un proyecto. La conclusión principal a la que se ha llegado de este sector y en concreto de este proyecto es que tiene altas barreras de entrada, especialmente la necesidad de una gran inversión inicial que a largo plazo es recuperada mediante la clientela adquirida y la experiencia en el sector.

[eng] The determining factors of success or failure of any business project are many and, in most cases, uncontrollable. But we know that those who make a correct evaluation of the business project increase the probability of making the right decision. This final degree project consists of an analysis of the creation of a company that provides garden design and maintenance services, with machinery of high technological component, to owners of luxury homes with large garden areas. The evolution of the project will also analyze the possibility of selling different types of plants and decorative elements and transporting or extracting trees, mainly those that are infected by the “Xylella fastidiosa” bacteria. Different types of instruments and tools seen during the degree have been used, such as the SWOT analysis, the marketing mix or the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) of a project. The main conclusion reached from this sector and specifically from this project is that there are high barriers to entry in the market, especially the need for a big initial investment that is recovered in the long term through the clients stock and experience in the sector.
