Plan de viabilidad escuela de fútbol base

Abstract

[spa] El trabajo desarrollado consiste en la apertura de un centro deportivo de fútbol en el municipio del Arenal ubicado en la isla de Mallorca, debido a las oportunidades que este municipio otorga en aspectos de infraestructura pública, competencia y población. Esta escuela de fútbol base se llamará “Fútbol Maioris” y contará con las instalaciones deportivas de fútbol por parte del municipio del Arenal y las instalaciones del colegio de Puig de Ros situada a escasos kilómetros de Mairois, dónde se piensa nutrir la escuela de fútbol de los más pequeños del mismo colegio. Las características principales que nos van a diferenciar serán, entre otras, unas matrículas inferiores a la competencia del municipio así como diferentes tipos de pago dependiendo de las necesidades de los padres y madres de los niños y niñas, además de inculcar valores humanos imprescindibles. El negocio estará formado por un único socio que aportará el capital necesario para su constitución y puesta en marcha y será el responsable de conseguir la financiación indispensable para afrontar la inversión y gastos iniciales. Los objetivos principales del negocio son: hacerse un hueco en el sector del fútbol de la zona y obtener una importante cuota de clientes; ir creciendo en cuanto a clientela progresivamente a lo largo de los años; recuperar la inversión inicial en un plazo inferior a los cinco años; obtener unos beneficios óptimos a medio y largo plazo que permitan hacer frente con holgura a las deudas contraídas y al pago al día a los empleados y por último dejar huella en el mundo formativo del fútbol de forma que la marca “Fútbol Maioris” sea reconocida a nivel regional. Asimismo este proyecto incluye un amplio estudio sobre la viabilidad del centro analizando diferentes criterios y ratios económicos y teniendo en cuenta dos hipótesis: una basada en un escenario realista y otra cimentada en un escenario pesimista.

[eng] The Final Career Project developed consists in the opening of a football sport center in the town of Mairois, located in the Balearic Island comunity, due to the opportunities that this region offers in areas such as population, building area and competition. This club will be called “Mairois” and it will have sports public facilities of Arenal, in addition to other services for clients as the own school of Puig de Ros located near Maioris. The differential qualities of the center will be, on the one hand the lower price compared to the other competition such a differnets ways to pay the anual payment, besides inculcating essential human values. This business will be formed by a sole partner who is going to be in charge of providing the start up capital and he will be the manager of getting financial support to face the initial investment and costs. The main targets of the business are: introduce in the regional football market and get a significant customer base, rise progressively the number of customers among the years, recover the initial investment in less than five years, get important profits in the middle and long term that allow to pay the incurred debt and employees monthly and finally make an important mark on the paddle ́s market leading “Mairois” to achieve the success on a regional. Also this project includes an extensive study about the viability of the club analyzing different aspects and economic ratios considering two suppositions: the first one bases on a realistic scene and the second one based on a pessimistic atmosphere.
