Abstract

[spa] La necesidad de llevar a cabo el Análisis y Evaluación del proyecto de ampliación viene motivada por la incertidumbre sobre la viabilidad y rentabilidad de ampliar la zona de aparcamiento de un negocio familiar dedicado a la restauración. Dicho estudio viene motivado por la situación del restaurante alejada del centro urbano. Lo cual viene agravado por la falta de otros medios de trasporte alternativos. En dicho proyecto se analiza si es más conveniente realizar la inversión mediante la Autofinanciación o recurriendo a la Financiación externa, utilizando la metodología del Valor Actual Corregido del proyecto. Mediante esta metodología se decidirá si el proyecto resulta fructífero o infructuoso. Según los cálculos, se determina que el proyecto es una buena inversión y se recomienda financiar el proyecto mediante financiación externa ya que el VAN es positivo y mayor al de autofinanciación.

The investment can be made through the Self-financing or by means of External Financing, using the methodology of the Corrected Present Value of the project. Through this methodology, it is decided whether the project is fruitful or unsuccessful. According to the calculations, it is determined that the project is a good investment and it is recommended to finance the project through external financing since the NPV is positive and greater than the self-financing.
