Enfermedades raras y hermanos sanos. Afectación del desarrollo de los hermanos sanos en los niveles sanitario, familiar y educativo

[spa] En el presente trabajo de investigación se ha querido tratar el tema de las enfermedades raras desde la perspectiva de los grandes abandonados: los hermanos sanos. Durante el transcurso del trabajo se analizarán tres ámbitos para ver como afectan al desarrollo del hermano sano; el ámbito sanitario, el ámbito familiar y el ámbito educativo. En la primera dimensión se pondrá el punto de mira en el proceso seguido para la consecución del diagnóstico y los cuidados y seguimiento médico del que precisa el hermano enfermo. En el segundo ámbito centraremos nuestra atención en el desarrollo del hermano sano en el conjunto del núcleo familiar y la implicación que tiene frente a los cuidados del hermano enfermo. Finalmente, en el ámbito educativo pondremos nuestro foco de atención en cómo se desenvuelve el hermano sano dentro del sistema educativo y las posibles conductas disruptivas que pueda presentar, además de comprobar si manifiesta algún tipo de complicación para el aprendizaje.

[eng] In the present research work we’ve tried to treat the topic of rare diseases from the perspective of the great abandoned: healthy siblings. During the course of the work, three areas will be analyzed to see how they affect the development of the healthy brother; the health field, the family field and the educational field. In the first dimension, the focus will be placed on the process followed to achieve the diagnosis and the medical care and follow-up that the sick brother requires. In the second area, we will focus our attention on the development of the healthy sibling in the entire family nucleus and the implication that it has in the care of the sick sibling. Finally, in the educational field we will focus our attention on how the healthy sibling develops within the educational system and the possible disruptive behaviors that it may present, in addition to checking if it manifests any type of learning complication.
