La jurisdicción universal en España y la última gran reforma del Art. 23.4 LOPJ

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es profundizar en los aspectos clave de la última gran reforma operada en la LO 6/1985, relativa a la justicia universal en España. Más concretamente, en la regresión que supuso para la justicia española de cara a la Comunidad Internacional el paso de un modelo de Jurisdicción Universal absoluta a un modelo restringido en el uso de este principio y qué consecuencias tuvo este hecho en la lucha contra la impunidad de los crímenes humanitarios más atroces.

[eng] The purpose of this project is to delve into the key aspects of the last greatest Organic Law reform (6/1985) related with the universal justice in Spain. More specifically, in the setback that meant for the Spanish justice facing the International Community the transition from an absolute universal justice model to a restricted one and what consequences had this fact on the fight against impunity of the most heinous crimes against the humanity.
