[cat] Els infants que presenten característiqües atípiques en relació al desenvolupament lingüístic poden presentar dificultats socials i conductuals, fet que provoca que sigui difícil, sobretot a edats primerenques, diferenciar entre trastorn específic del llenguatge (TEL) i trastorn de l’espectre autista (TEA). En aquest treball s’estudia un cas on el llenguatge i el comportament s’han vist alterats. Es pot dividir l’estudi en dues etapes temporals: la primera fase que engloba dels 2 als 6 anys i la segona fase que fa referència a l’actualitat (17 anys). A la primera fase es profunditza en l’adquisició del llenguatge i la seva funcionalitat, mentre que a la segon fase es converteixen en objecte d’estudi els comportament conductuals. Es fa a continuació, un recull de les intervencions que es varen dur a terme al llarg de la primera fase, a les institucions professionals i al centre educatiu on es va escolaritzar. S’exposen també les proves que se li han passat al llarg del procés, tant les clíniques com les diagnòstiques, juntament amb les observacions dels resultats de cada una de les etapes de desenvolupament. La finalitat de l’estudi és arribar a establir relacions entre diferents trastorns que semblen aïllats uns dels atres, estudiant les característiques que es presenten tant a nivel lingüístic com a nivell cognitiu.
[eng] Children who shows atypical characteristics in relation to linguistic development may present social and behavioral difficulties, making it hard to differentiate between specific language disorder (SLD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), especially in early ages. This paper examines a case in which language and behaviour have been altered. This study can be divided in two temporal stages: the first one goes from 2 to 6 years, and the second one focuses on the present (17 years old). The first stage looks into language acquisition and its functionality, while in the second one, conductual behaviours become the object of study. The following it’s a summary of interventions that were carried out during the first stage in the professional institutions and in the educational center where he was studying. Are exposed too the tests he has been doing through the process, both clinical and diagnostic are also presented, along with observations of the results of each of the developmental stages. The aim of this study is to stablish relations between disorders that seems isolated from each other, analysing both linguistic and cognitive characteristics.
