La inserción social de las personas migrantes que cumplen condena en régimen de semilibertad en España

[spa] La migración afecta al ámbito psicológico, físico y emocional del individuo; de hecho, constituye un factor de vulnerabilidad añadido. El presente documento constituye una investigación empírica con la intención de plasmar las dificultades con las que cuentan las personas migrantes que están cumpliendo su condena en tercer grado en Mallorca. La reinserción de por sí ya trae consigo ciertos obstáculos para los reclusos, pero ser inmigrante es un condicionante que empeora aún más su integración sociolaboral. El interés para la realización de dicha investigación es visibilizar la compleja situación que vive el colectivo inmigrante en situación privativa de libertad, además de la desmesurada discriminación existente. Se ha llevado a cabo un proceso investigativo contando con la participación directa de dicho colectivo, habiendo realizado 5 entrevistas a diversos reclusos inmigrantes, con la intención de contrastar los resultados aportados por ellos y acompañándolo con una búsqueda bibliográfica. Los resultados muestran que sí que existen dificultades añadidas a la hora de reinsertarse para el colectivo inmigrante recluso, además de un gran estigma hacia ellos, complicando así su estancia en el país

[eng] Migration affects the psychological, physical and emotional sphere of the individual; in fact, it constitutes an added vulnerability factor. This paper is an empirical research with the intention of capturing the difficulties faced by migrants who are serving their thirddegree sentence in Mallorca. Reintegration already brings with it certain obstacles for inmates, but being an immigrant is a conditioning factor that further worsens their sociooccupational integration. The interest in carrying out this research is to make visible the complex situation experienced by the immigrant collective in a situation of deprivation of liberty, as well as the disproportionate discrimination that exists. A research process has been carried out with the direct participation of this group, having carried out 5 interviews with various immigrant inmates, with the intention of contrasting the results provided by them and accompanying it with a bibliographic search. The results show that there are indeed added difficulties when it comes to reintegration for the immigrant prisoner collective, as well as a great stigma towards them, thus complicating their stay in the country.
