La intervención con agresores como forma de prevención terciaria a futuras situaciones de violencia de género.

Abstract

[spa] El presente proyecto es un breve recorrido sobre la situación actual de la intervención con agresores en España, como forma de prevención directa de la Violencia de Género. Se trata de una intervención terciaria, interviniéndose sobre población en la que ya se ha producido el fenómeno que tratamos de evitar. A pesar de ello, es necesario trabajar para que no se vuelva a producir un futuro episodio de violencia, nuevamente. Para ello, en primer lugar, se ha contextualizado bibliográficamente este tipo de intervención seguido, en segundo lugar, por una búsqueda sobre los programas que existen actualmente en España, así como la búsqueda de un marco legal que ampare este tipo de intervención. Por último, se ha podido llevar a cabo una serie de entrevistas a diferentes profesionales del programa, con los que hemos podido analizar las diferencias y similitudes de este tipo de intervenciones, así como aceptar o descartar las hipótesis planteadas al comienzo del presente proyecto. Para concluir, se menciona la necesidad de ampliar recursos para este tipo de programas, así como establecer un marco legislativo que dirija este tipo de intervenciones, unificando criterios entre los diferentes programas existentes.

[eng] This project is a brief overview of the current situation of intervention with aggressors in Spain, as a form of direct prevention of Gender Violence. It is a tertiary intervention, intervening on a population in which the phenomenon we are trying to avoid has already occurred. They are necessary so that a future episode of violence does not occur again. Starting by contextualizing these types of interventions into the following bibliography. Following by researching the programs that are currently in place in Spain as well as investigating the legal framework around these type of interventions. Finalizing with a series of interviews with different professionals associated with these programs, with whom the differences and similarities of the various types of interventions have been analyzed, as well as accepting or discarding the hypotheses raised at the beginning of this project. To conclude this project, the need to expand resources for this type of program is mentioned, as well as establishing a legislative framework for these interventions, to unifying the criteria among the different existing programs.
