[eng] Nautical tourism is a sector that is experiencing a strong rebound, especially in the Balearic Islands. The main tourists who opt for this type of tourism during their vacations tend to belong to the upper-middle class and usually rent some of the boat modalities for the approximate period of one week. The COVID-19 crisis began by drastically decreasing demand, although the summer of 2021 has led to an increase in demand by rejecting alternative tourists and substitute services such as vacation rentals or hotels. In this paper, an analysis of the market of the nautical tourism sector, the main client and the constitution and taxation of this business model is carried out. For this reason, it has been chosen to contact several of these companies to find out how they have faced the crisis and if they foresee any kind of problem for the future. Factors such as seasonality or taxation make this sector difficult, making large companies infrequent, although they enjoy certain climatic and geographical advantages.
