La intel·ligència emocional a l'Educació Primària

[cat] La intel·ligència emocional podem dir que és un tema recent dins l’educació, però no per això no s’ha de tractar. És important saber quin paper juga dins l’educació i els beneficis que es tenen per desenvolupar la competència emocional. Tot i així podem trobar publicacions d’aquest tema per pal·liar aquest buit dins entre els diferents nivells educatius. A dia d’avui a les escoles no existeix una assignatura sobre emocionalitat, aquest tema es sol treballar en hores destinades a l’assignatura de tutoria en la que se aplica el pla d’acció tutorial que pot incloure l’alfabetització emocional. En aquest treball de fi de grau (TFG) és realitza una recerca bibliogràfica sobre les diferents definicions sobre el terme de l’emoció fins arribar al concepte de intel·ligència emocional, també es fa una recerca sobre la influència que té la família amb les emocions dels fills i la necessitat d’educar-les, a més es parla de la importància que té la intel·ligència emocional dins l’escola. I per acabar s’ofereix en aquest treball una proposta d’intervenció didàctica amb les directrius que anteriorment s’han fixat orientada al primer cicle de l’educació primària.

[eng] Emotional intelligence can be said to be a recent issue in education, but it is not something that should be addressed. It is important to know the role of education and the benefits of developing emotional competence. However, we can find publications on this topic to fill this gap between the different educational levels. There is no such thing as an emotional subject in schools today, this topic is usually worked on during the tutoring subject in which the tutorial action plan is applied which may include emotional literacy. In this final degree project (TFG) a bibliographic search is carried out on the different definitions of the term emotion until reaching the concept of emotional intelligence, a research is also done on the influence that the family has with the children's emotions and the need to educate them, and the importance of emotional intelligence in school. Finally, this work offers a proposal for didactic intervention with the guidelines previously set for the first cycle of primary education.
