MonTour, un tour per Montuïri

Abstract

[cat] El treball consisteix en crear un nou concepte de tour turístic. MonTour serà el nom pel que el reconeixerem d’ara endavant. Montour té com a objectiu donar a conèixer la riquesa d’un poble com és Montuïri però canviant la idea de tour tradicional que tenim avui dia. Aquest any ens hem adonat de la importància de reinventar tot el que coneixem i sobretot, de la digitalització dels serveis, per això, el valor afegit d’aquest tour i que el diferencia dels altres, és que serà en format digital. Això vol dir que, totes les explicacions e indicacions es faran a traves d’una APP i de diferents codis QR que aniran oferint la informació necessària per cada moment. Doncs així, també s’elimina la figura del guia turístic com a tal i es substitueix per les explicacions detallades que sorgiran en format digital a mesura que avanci el tour. La idea és aconseguir que el turista es senti lliure per poder fer-lo quan vulgui i sense haver de dependre en tot moment d’altres persones. A més, seran els propis turistes els que elegiran des d’un primer moment quina experiència volen viure, des de triar quin allotjament prefereixen, fins triar on volen anar a dinar o sopar.

This year we have realized the importance of reinventing everything we know and above all, the digitization of services, for this, the added value of this tour and the difference from the others, is that it will be in digital format. In addition, all explanations and indications are made through an APP and different QR codes that provide the necessary information for each moment. In addition, the figure of the tour guide as such is also eliminated and replaced by detailed explanations offered in digital format as the tour progresses. The idea is to make tourists feel safe and independent so that they can do it whenever they want and without having to depend at all times on other people. In addition, it is the tourists themselves who choose from the very beginning what experience they want to live, from choosing where to stay, to choosing where to have lunch or dinner.
