dc.description.abstract [eng] This study focuses on analysing to what extent entrepreneurship is significant in family businesses, the degree of importance that entrepreneurship must ensure the continuity of the company and its weight in each generation. To carry out the analysis of this study, the Familiar Universal Hotels company is taken as a case study. Thus, the following aspects will be considered: the importance of entrepreneurship within the company, the degree of entrepreneurship of each generation, the type of innovations that each one of them has made, and what is the reason for the divergence of entrepreneurship between generations. Within this analysis, an emphasis is placed on the importance of undertaking in terms of digitization and R&D, and the degree of importance given to it by family businesses. ca
