Reform and upgrade of an agrotourism

Abstract

[eng] During the following final thesis, the viability of a reform and upgrade of an Only adults Agrotourism Located in “Llevant de Mallorca” will be explained. Currently, the Agrotourism has thirteen villas, which four of those have one bedroom, six have two bedrooms and three with three bedrooms. With a total amount of twenty-five double bedrooms, it has a maximum capacity of forty-eight people. Moreover, it has a reception, breakfast buffet, a gym, a community pool and three private pools, one per each villa with three bedrooms. By adding a Spa, a restaurant and a new villa with three bedrooms and a private pool, this project aims to moderate seasonality, add value and differentiate from the competitors. With this new villa the maximum capacity will increase up to 56 people.
