[eng] Inclusion is a fundamental right that all children have in school. and it is for this
reason that today there are many schools that integrate in their classroom’s practices and
inclusive methodologies, but not all do so in the same way or with the same level of
application. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to analyse the methodological
differences that are found in two schools in Mallorca and based on this analysis, it will be
possible to state whether the centres are inclusive with all their students. To get to the bottom
of this analysis, a qualitative methodology was used, with observation grids, interviews, and a
questionnaire focused on the teachers of the two centres. Through this methodology, it has
been verified that the two centres do not work in the same way on inclusion. The two agree on
the application of restorative practices to foster a good relationship between equals and thus
promote the participation of all children. The main differences between the two centres can be
considered in the shared teaching and in the type of assessment applied.
