La importància del contacte amb la natura a la primera infància: elaboració d'un recurs didàctic i plantejament d'activitats per recuperar el vincle perdut

[cat] Els fets i els esdeveniments històrics ens han conduït a un progressiu allunyament de la natura que s’ha agreujat encara més als darrers anys amb l’avanç tecnològic. Així doncs, actualment, ens trobem amb una societat en la qual predomina l’estil de vida urbà, fins i tot a les zones més rurals. A conseqüència d’aquest fet, tenim uns infants que acostumen a passar el seu temps lliure més dins que fora de casa, cosa que provoca que les seves formes d’entreteniment siguin més aviat sedentàries amb tots els efectes negatius sobre la salut física i psíquica que això suposa. Per tant, és molt important actuar per tal de recuperar el vincle amb la natura i tots els beneficis que el contacte amb aquesta ens proporciona. Per aquesta raó, aquest treball de fi de grau proposa un recurs didàctic (un conte) i tot un seguit d’activitats complementàries pensades per infants de segon cicle d’Educació Infantil encaminades a la recuperació d’aquest vincle perdut. En primer lloc, el conte captarà l’interès dels infants i els mostrarà diverses formes d’entreteniment a l’espai natural així com posarà en evidència la importància i la necessitat de cuidar i valorar tant l’espai natural com els éssers que hi habiten. Seguidament, la realització de les activitats complementàries que es plantegen ajudaran als infants a consolidar els coneixements adquirits mitjançant la història explicada. Per acabar, es podrà consultar el recull de l’experiència de contar el conte creat a una aula d’infants d’entre cinc i sis anys d’un poble del pla de Mallorca. Les conclusions extretes confirmen la necessitat de recuperar el vincle amb la natura, ja que els infants denoten un baix grau de coneixement sobre l’entorn natural.

[eng] Historical events have led society to a gradual rejection of Nature that has been further aggravated in recent years by technological advancement. Thus, the urban lifestyle predominates even in most of the rural areas. As a result, children show a tendency to spend their free time aligned from outdoor natural spaces contributing to a more sedentary lifestyle with all negative consequences it may have, both physical and mental. Therefore, it is of a great importance to regain children’s bond with Nature and all the consequential benefits it provides to students. For this reason, this final degree dissertation aims at proposing a didactic resource consisting of the creation of a story and some complementary activities designed for children in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. Its main aim is to recover this lost bond with Nature. First, the story will capture the interest of children and show them how they can entertain themselves in the natural space. Besides, it will highlight the importance and need to care and value the environment and its flora and fauna. It will be followed by complementary activities aim at helping students to consolidate the knowledge acquired through the story. In the end of this paper, the experience of explaining the created story in a five- and six-years old students’ class in a village in Mallorca. Finally, conclusions show the lack of knowledge as regards natural environments and the need to regain this bond.
