Les pràctiques restauratives com a resolució de conflictes dins les aules de primària

Abstract

[cat] Aquest Treball Final de Grau, que he realitzat, està basat per un costat en un estudi teòric sobre les pràctiques restauratives i el pas de la justícia punitiva a una justícia restaurativa i, per altra banda, un estudi sobre el funcionament d’aquest tipus de pràctiques dins les aules de primària. Dins aquest treball es fa una proposta de dinàmiques per dur a terme a les aules, ja que les pràctiques restauratives tenen una vessant preventiva, proactiva i principalment reestructuradora de relacions, perquè el que es pretén amb aquestes és cohesionar i millorar la convivència als centres educatius. A més, he pogut fer un qüestionari a diferents escoles de l’illa d’Eivissa per saber el que pensen sobre les pràctiques restauratives, si les utilitzen i com. Tenint en compte que els centres educatius són un reflex de la societat real, i constitueixen un gran element de cohesió social. Per la realització d’aquest TFG he accedit a la informació i conclusions que hi ha a publicades a diferents articles i fonts sobre aquesta temàtica.

[eng] This Final Degree Essay is based on one hand, on theoretical restorative practice and the transition from punitive justice to restorative and on the other hand, on a study on how it works this type of practice in primary school. Throughout this essay, we propose different dynamics to carry out in the classrooms as restorative practices to prevent, proactivate, and to restructure the relationships between them. What we intend with them is to unite and improve coexistence at schools. Furthermore, we have surveyed different schools in Ibiza to know what they think about restorative practices, whether they use them, and how. Taking into account that schools are a reflection of real society, they constitute a great element of social cohesion. To elaborate on this essay, we have access to the information and conclusions that are published in different articles and sources on this subject.
