Colaboración Mediada por la Tecnología Digital en Secundaria. Revisión Sistemática

[eng] El presente estudio tiene como objetivo profundizar en el conocimiento del aprendizaje colaborativo mediado por la tecnología digital como estrategia metodológica en el ámbito de Secundaria y Bachillerato a través de la revisión sistemática. Para ello se han establecido cinco objetivos específicos: el análisis de la percepción del profesorado, de la percepción del alumnado y de las experiencias, para establecer pautas metodologías y líneas de investigación que establezcan propuestas de mejoras. Se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica siguiendo las directrices de la declaración PRISMA, con una búsqueda en diferentes bases de datos relevantes en el ámbito de la educación. Se disponen como criterios de elegibilidad: la temporalidad, un período de actualidad menor de 10 años, el idioma (castellano e inglés), el ámbito de Secundaria y Bachillerato y las variables aprendizaje colaborativo y tecnología digital. Se identificaron veintiocho documentos que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión, llevándose a cabo un análisis documental cualitativo, sintetizando resultados mediante categorización y tabulación, configurando un proceso de discusión. Se concluye, a pesar de la valoración positiva de docentes y estudiantes, que es escasa la cultura colaborativa digital, tanto en el aula, como entre centros o entre docentes. Causa y efecto de esta falta de experiencias es la inseguridad metodológica existente, que evidencia carencias importantes en la formación docente tanto pedagógica como tecnológica.

[eng] The purpose of this study is to dive into the knowledge of collaborative learning mediated by digital technology as a methodological strategy in Secondary and High School level through systematic review. In light of the above, specific aims have been established as follows: the analysis of teachers´sperception, students´ perception, and experiences, to establish guidelines, methodologies and lines of research which result in improvement proposals. A systematic review of the relevant scientific literature has been carried out in accordance to the guidelines privided by PRISMA statement, together with a search in different relevant databases in the educational field. The eligibility criteria are: temporality, a current period of less than 10 years, the language (Spanish and English), the scope of Secondary and Baccalaureate and the variables collaborative learning and digital technology. Twenty eight documents that met the inclusion criteria were identified, after a qualitative documentary analysis, synthesizing results through categorization and tabulation, and configuring a discussion process. Despite the positive evaluation of teachers and students, it is concluded, that there is limited digital collaborative culture, in the classroom, between centers or between teachers. The existing methodological insecurity is both cause and effect of this lack of experience which shows important deficiencies in teacher training, both pedagogical and technological.
