[eng] The aim of this paper is to collect and analyse the research carried out so far on
the digital competence profile of teachers at the Compulsory Secondary Education stage
in Spain, as well as on their training in digital competence. To this end, a systematic
review is carried out according to the PRISMA model, and as inclusion criteria are taken
into consideration those articles in which at least part of the sample studied is composed
of teachers of the aforementioned educational stage and which date from 2013, when
the first version of the draft of the Common Framework for Teaching Digital Competence
was published by the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher
Training (hereinafter, INTEF). The initial search results in 231 articles of which 30 are
included for the analysis and narrative description. The results reveal that the Digital
Competence of Educators does not exceed the average level and that teachers are
dissatisfied with their training. It concludes that there is a need to overcome certain
constraints and improve training, and some recommendations are provided to ensure
the development of teachers' digital competence.
