Proposta urbanística, arquitectònica, constructiva i estructural d'un complex industrial a Palma.

Abstract

[cat] Aquest projecte s’ha basat en la contraposició d’un centre logístic d’una gran empresa del comerç en línia, realitzant la proposta d’un complex industrial en el qual es duria a terme l’activitat d’una plataforma de venta online que serveixi per als petits comerços de les Illes Balears. Començant per la proposta urbanística realitzant l’anàlisi de l’entorn, passant per la proposta arquitectònica fent la zonificació del solar i el disseny dels edificis que faran falta, i finalment realitzant la proposta constructiva i la proposta estructural de cadascun dels edificis projectats de manera que siguin edificis funcionals i construïbles. Altrament, s’ha realitzat el càlcul de tots els elements estructurals presents a les estructures proposades per tal de dimensionar-los correctament.

[eng] This project has been based on the contrast of a logistics center of a large e-commerce company, making the proposal of an industrial complex for an online sales platform that would be used for small businesses in the Balearic Islands. Starting with de urban proposal by analyzing the environment, going through the architectural proposal by zoning the site and the design of the buildings that will be needed, and finally making the construction proposal and the structural proposal of each of the projected buildings so that they will be functional and constructible buildings. In addition, all the structural elements present in the proposed structures have been calculated in order to dimension them correctly.
