El treball de les competències emocionals mitjançant el joc en educació infantil

[cat] Les emocions estan presents de manera habitual en la nostra vida diaria, i tenen un paper molt important en la creació de la nostra personalitat i a l'hora d'interaccionar amb altres persones. És important treballar dins les aules les competències socials, afectives i emocionals. El joc potser una de les eines més facilitadores per aconseguir-ho. En el marc teòric, analitzarem el concepte d'emoció, l’educació emocional, la intel·ligència emocional i la seva relació amb el currículum d’educació infantil. En el marc empíric, es pretén elaborar una proposta d’una situació d’aprenentatge amb la finalitat d'oferir a l'alumne un aprenentatge lúdic, vivencial i significatiu. Mitjançant una proposta de jocs per identificar les seves emocions i dels altres, millorar l’autoestima i les relacions dins l'aula.

[eng] Emotions are regularly present in our daily lives and play a significant role in shaping our personality and interacting with others. It's important to work on social, affective, and emotional competencies within classrooms, and play may be one of the most facilitating tools to achieve this. In the theoretical framework, we will analyze the concept of emotion, emotional education, emotional intelligence, and its relationship with the curriculum. In the empirical framework, the aim is to create a learning situation with the purpose of offering students a playful, experiential, and meaningful learning experience. Through a set of games aimed at identifying their own and others' emotions, improving self-esteem, and enhancing relationships within the classroom.
