Tratamiento educativo en el alumnado TEA de grado i mediante el modelo DENVER

[spa] El Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) es uno de los trastornos que más encontraremos en las aulas hoy en día. Se ha experimentado un gran aumento de casos en los últimos años gracias al hecho que hay una mejor detección y diagnóstico. A pesar de que se desconoce su origen, hay diferentes tipos de hipótesis para determinar la etiología del TEA. Hoy en día contamos con diferentes tipos de intervenciones en diferentes disciplinas que ofrecen una gran oportunidad de mejorar el desarrollo de estas personas autistas. En el presente documento, se recoge un estado de la cuestión de TEA junto a una recopilación de los criterios de diagnóstico según el DSM-5 y el CIE-11. Para indagar más en este trastorno, se trata los diferentes grados de TEA, focalizando en los de grado 1 y se presenta un tratamiento educativo para la estimulación temprana en niños/as en la etapa de la primera infancia. Focalizando en el área del tratamiento educativo y para ayudar al alumnado tanto a nivel educativo como personal, en este trabajo, se realiza una propuesta de intervención con el modelo DENVER. Este modelo consiste en una intervención conductual temprana diseñada para niños autistas.

[eng] Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is one of the disorders most found in the classroom today. It has experienced a large increase in cases in recent years thanks to the fact that there is better detection and diagnosis. Although its origin is unknown, there are different types of hypotheses to determine the etiology of ASD. Nowadays we have different types of interventions in different disciplines and medications that offer a great opportunity to improve the development of these autistic people. In the present document, the historical evolution of this concept is collected with a compilation of the diagnostic criteria according to the DSM-5 and ICD-11. To further investigate this disorder, the different levels of ASD are discussed, focusing on level I and an educational treatment for early stimulation in children in the early childhood stage is presented. This document focuses on the area of educational treatment and to help the students at an educational and personal level, in this work it is the proposal of intervention with the DENVER model. This model consists of an early behavioral intervention designed for autistic children.
