Qui para taula avui? La cuina i l'alimentació a l'Edat del Ferro a les Illes Balears. Una proposta didàctica i divulgativa

Abstract

[cat] La cuina a la prehistòria balear es presenta dins el marc de les investigacions com un camp que, tot i no tenir la rellevància que cal degut la importància d’aquesta pel desenvolupament de l’ésser humà, els àmbits que l’envolten com ara l’arqueozoologia i l’arqueobotànica ho han estat en major mesura. D’aquesta manera, la temàtica d’aquest projecte s’emmarca dins l’anàlisi bibliogràfic per poder, a partir d’una recerca de resultats arqueològiques, elaborar una proposta didàctica sobre la cuina al món talaiòtic per explicar la prehistòria balear. En aquest sentit, l’objectiu principal d’aquest projecte partirà doncs de la idea de si és possible fer un taller sobre la cuina a la cultura talaiòtica, i si aquest serveix per explicar aquesta etapa (pre)històrica als adults.

[eng] The cuisine of Balearic prehistory is presented within the framework of research as a field that, without having the relevance that clearly demonstrates the importance of this for the development of human beings, the areas that surround it as archaeozoology and archaeobotany have now been in greater measure. In this way, the theme of this project is based on bibliographic analysis in order to be able, based on survey of archaeological results, to develop a didactic proposal on talaiotic cuisine to explain Balearic prehistory. In this sense, the main objective of this project will start from the idea of if it is possible to elaborate a workshop on cooking in Talaiotic culture, and if this serves to explain this (pre)historical stage to adults.
