¿Qué beneficios otorga el método madre canguro en el recién nacido prematuro?

Abstract

[spa] Introducción. El método madre canguro es una medida que se realiza en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales para beneficiar a los bebés recién nacidos prematuros y a sus familias. Objetivos. Explorar en la evidencia científica sobre el método madre canguro en el cuidado del recién nacido prematuro. Metodología. La búsqueda bibliográfica se ha llevado a cabo a través del Metabuscador EBSCOhost, la Base de Datos Pubmed y la Base de Revisiones Sistemáticas Cochrane (2018-2023). Resultados. En total tras la estrategia de búsqueda bibliográfica, se recogen 27 artículos, tras una lectura crítica. Se ha indexado una tabla en anexos. Discusión. En esta revisión bibliográfica de la literatura se recogen los beneficios del método madre canguro tanto para el recién nacido prematuro como para la madre, que se recoge en la evidencia científica. Conclusiones. La comunidad científica recoge los beneficios del método madre canguro tanto para el recién nacido como para la madre, pese a que recalcan la necesidad de continuar investigando e implementarlo en los hospitales.

Explorar en l'evidència científica sobre el mètode mare cangur en la cura del nounat prematur. Metodologia. La cerca bibliogràfica s'ha dut a terme a través del Metacercador EBSCOhost, la Base de Dades Pubmed i la Base de Revisions Sistemàtiques Cochrane (2018-2023). Resultats. En total, després de l'estratègia de cerca bibliogràfica, es recullen 27 articles, després d'una lectura crítica. S'ha indexat una taula a annexos. Discussió. En aquesta revisió bibliogràfica de la literatura es recullen els beneficis del mètode mare cangur tant per al nounat prematur com per a la mare, que es recull a l'evidència científica. Conclusions. La comunitat científica recull els beneficis del mètode mare cangur tant per al nounat com per a la mare, malgrat que recalquen la necessitat de continuar investigant i implementar-ho als hospitals.
