Anàlisis de les polítiques locals de gènere de l'Ajuntament d'Esporles en clau interseccional

[cat] El present estudi neix de la necessitat de dur a terme una anàlisi per poder conèixer les polítiques locals de gènere i interseccionalitat que s’hi troben a l’Ajuntament d’Esporles. Aquest s’ha realitzat mitjançant la perspectiva dels treballadors municipals i dels residents de la població d’Esporles. S’ha dut a terme mitjançant un enfocament mixt, per un costat s’ha aplicat una perspectiva qualitativa podent fer diverses entrevistes i, per altre costat, una perspectiva quantitativa realitzant un qüestionari i una recerca documental per conèixer amb profunditat ambdues polítiques. Finalment, s’ha introduït, a partir de la informació recopilada, unes propostes per a futures iniciatives

[eng] The present study was born from the need to carry out an analysis to be able to know the local gender and intersectionality policies that are found in the City Council of Esporles. This has been done through the perspective of municipal workers and residents of the population of Esporles. It has been carried out through a mixed approach, on the one hand a qualitative perspective has been applied, being able to carry out several interviews and, on the other hand, a quantitative perspective by carrying out a questionnaire and a documentary research to know in depth both policies. Finally, proposals for future initiatives have been introduced on the basis of the information collected
