Les intervencions en situacions de dol des de la figura de la treballadora social: una revisió sistemàtica

[cat] El present treball parteix de la investigació del paper clau que desenvolupen els treballadors socials en la intervenció en situacions de dol, tant a nivell físic com psicosocial i espiritual, mitjançant diverses tècniques i habilitats que potencien les seves funcions dins aquest àmbit. Així doncs, s’ha desenvolupat una revisió sistemàtica per a analitzar si aquestes intervencions han sigut prou investigades i, per tant, existeix una informació considerable sobre la temàtica. Tot seguit, per a establir la metodologia s’han seguit una sèrie de passos per a delimitar i orientar la recerca dels documents investigats del present treball. Els resultats fan al·lusió a aquells articles valorats a incloure i a excloure per a la present revisió sistemàtica. Aquests darrers es veuen plasmats juntament amb una justificació del perquè s’han considerat articles exclosos. Seguidament, a partir de l’anàlisi de l’extracció de dades dels articles inclosos, s’ha aconseguit extreure informació amb relació a les intervencions que es desenvolupen des de la figura professional de la treballadora social en situacions de dol i en els darrers moments de vida de les persones en diferents contextos. Tot i això, s’ha considerat que existeix una absència d'investigació sobre l’objecte d’estudi, i, per tant, es motiva a la comunitat científica amb la finalitat que aposti per una producció basada en evidència científica sobre la temàtica, per a crear un coneixement estàndard i potenciar la figura de la treballadora social dins l’àmbit del dol

[eng] This paper is based on research into the key role played by social workers in the intervention in situations of grief, both physical and psychosocial and spiritual, through various techniques and skills that enhance their functions in this area. Therefore, an exploratory systematic review has been carried out to analyse whether or not these interventions have been sufficiently researched and, therefore, there is considerable information on the subject. In order to establish the methodology, a series of steps have been followed to delimit and guide the research of the documents investigated in this work. The results refer to those articles considered for inclusion and exclusion in the present exploratory systematic review. The latter are presented together with a justification of why they have been considered excluded 3 articles. Next, based on the analysis of the data extracted from the articles included, it has been possible to reach an extreme in relation to the interventions developed by the professional figure of the social worker in situations of pain and in the last moments of people's lives in different contexts. Nevertheless, it is considered that there is a lack of research on the subject of study and, therefore, the scientific community is encouraged to support a production based on scientific evidence on the subject, in order to create a standard of knowledge and to promote the figure of the social worker in the field of grief
