Treball social comunitari en municipis de la comarca del Mitjorn : Ses Salines, Campos, i Felanitx

Abstract

[cat] El present treball té com a principal objectiu poder identificar i conèixer la tipologia de projectes de treball social comunitari que es duen a terme als serveis socials dels municipis de menys de 20.000 habitants de l’illa de Mallorca, centrant-se en els municipis de la comarca del Migjorn, com són Ses Salines, Campos i Felanitx. Actualment, el treball comunitari és un dels nivells d’intervenció que tenen menys dedicació des dels centres de serveis socials, a causa de la falta de temps dels professionals, per tal de satisfer els interessos polítics, prioritzant les intervencions individuals i donar resposta a les demandes que es reben als centres. Així doncs, l’objectiu d’aquesta investigació és conèixer quines són les tipologies de projectes comunitaris que hi ha a cada un dels municipis, a més de descobrir quins són els límits i les dificultats que els professionals implicats en aquests projectes perceben a l’hora d’executar aquesta tasca comunitària. D’aquesta manera, s’han dut a terme una sèrie d’entrevistes amb professionals dels serveis socials de cada un d’aquests municipis vinculats amb l’objecte d’estudi

[eng] The main objective of this work is to identify and know the typology of community social work projects that are carried out in the social services of the municipalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants of the island of Mallorca, focusing on the municipalities of the Mediodía region, such as Ses Salines, Campos, and Felanitx. Currently, community work is one of the levels of intervention that have less dedication from the centers of social services, due to the lack of time of professionals, to satisfy political interests, prioritizing individual interventions, and respond to the demands received in the centers. Thus, this research aims is to know the typologies of community projects in each of the municipalities, and to discover the limits and difficulties that the professionals involved in these projects perceive when executing this community task. In this way, a series of interviews have been carried out with professionals of the social services of each of these municipalities linked to the object of study
