[cat] Aquest treball analitza el paper de la participació juvenil dins del Socialisme de les Illes Balears durant la Segona República Espanyola i el compara amb la realitat de la participació en el context actual. Al llarg de l’estudi s’analitza la presència de les Joventuts Socialistes, primer de Palma i altres municipis, i després de les Illes Balears dins de la vida política i l’activisme socialista de la II República Espanyola. L’eina utilitzada per a dit anàlisi és el setmanari publicat pel Partit Socialista a les Illes Balears; El Obrero Balear. [eng] This project analyzes the role of youth participation within the Socialism of the Balearic Islands during the Second Spanish Republic and compares it with the current context of participation. Throughout the study, the presence of the Socialist Youth, first in Palma and other municipalities, and later in the Balearic Islands within the political life and socialist activism of the Second Spanish Republic, is examined. The tool used for this analysis is the weekly publication by the Socialist Party in the Balearic Islands; El Obrero Balear.
